Biography
Cody Pearce is a writer / producer based in Los Angeles. He has an impressive knowledge of digital media, production management and creative writing. His feature film script "White Tooth" is currently under option with Curmudgeon Films (57 Seconds starring Josh Hutcherson and Morgan Freeman). He was one of six participants (selected from thousands) for the prestigious Black List Feature Lab where he workshopped his writing with professional screenwriters and producers from films such as the Oscar-winning BlacKkKlansman and American Psycho.
Cody also earned a mentorship with film producer/writer/director Matt Leslie (Summer Of '84), a semi-finalist placement in the Austin Film Festival, and other screenwriting awards. Furthermore, Cody has written and produced various animated and live action videos for online educational products worldwide. Much of his produced work can be found at the websites ABCmouse.com and Adventure Academy. He also publishes popular horror stories on Reddit under the pseudonym u/BoxGoblin which have garnered 100,000s of views on YouTube.
