Biography
Cody Pearce is an LA-based writer and producer, currently at Universal Music Group. He's created various animated and live-action videos for online platforms worldwide. Cody's feature script WHITE TOOTH was selected for the 2022 Black List Feature Lab and optioned by Curmudgeon Films. He also won a mentorship with film producer/writer/director Matt Leslie (SUMMER OF ‘84) for his horror feature SHADOW.
He wrote the award-winning sci-fi short film BROKEN WING, and his work has been featured on the Scriptnotes podcast with screenwriters John August and Craig Mazin. He also publishes popular horror stories under the pseudonym BoxGoblin, which have garnered over 1 million views across YouTube and Reddit.
